Frequently Asked Questions:

How do I pay for classes?

-Payment is made on our website via credit card.

-Year long programs can be paid as monthly installments.

What should my child wear for class?

-Your gymnast needs to wear appropriate attire for class to ensure their safety. We recommend a gymsuit or tight fitting tank and shorts. Long hair should be tied back.  Bare feet is required.

Are your classes insured?

-Yes. Our club, our coaches and our gymnasts must register through Gymsask for insurance purposes prior to starting class.

How long is the gymnastics season?

-We run a year long competitive program from September to May, and our recreational programs run as three 10 week sessions: Fall session, Winter session, and Spring session.

-We also offer some Summer classes too.

What kind of equipment do you have?

-We have a variety of apparatus and we are always working hard to upgrade our equipment.

  • Uneven bars
  • Vaulting runway and table
  • Floor with springs
  • Air Track tumbling mats
  • Spring boards
  • Low and High balance beams
  • Horizontal bar
  • 30' Tumbl Trak trampoline
  • Various mats
  • Various training aids

Are your teachers qualified?

-Yes. Every coach is required to meet a minimum level of certification, and we encourage our coaches to continue developing their certifications.

Can we still join your classes after the session has already started?

-Yes, provided we have space in the class.

Can parents watch?

-Yes!  We have a small seating area available for spectators. Please note, the configuration of our gym makes it a little difficult to see everything the gymnasts are practicing.

What is the ratio of children to coaches?

-Our classes are a maximum of 8 gymnasts, unless a second coach or coach-in-training is available to assist.

Do I have to do mandatory fundraising?

-We no longer require mandatory fundraising. However, we do provide a fundraising opportunity for each of our three main sessions. We encourage all families to participate in fundraising as much as possible. Without fundraising, we can't operate our gym: so your help is greatly appreciated. Fundraising revenue is primarily used to upgrade and maintain our equipment, but it also helps keep fees down.
