| Description: This class if focused on building gymnastics foundations and general fitness with similar aged peers, regardless of skill level. No previous gymnastics experience required, but those with experience also encouraged to attend. Class is suited for: previous gymnasts who want to return to the sport for fun, teens who have never tried gymnastics before, athletes from other sports who want to supplement their training (i.e. acro dancers, skaters, etc). 1.5 Hour class; once weekly; 10 classes Drop-ins welcome! |
